Classical hatha yoga, with the breath leading the movement. While there is always an awareness of the alignment of the body to ensure safety, students are guided to remain mindful and present throughout the class.
After an hour of breathing, movement, massage adjustments and meditation, you will leave feeling rested and rejuvenated!
